1. Age Limit

To use this product, you must be at least 18 years old. This product is intended for users residing in Pakistan. Please confirm that you are in full compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations before you start using our services.

2. Consent to Sharing Personal Information

By accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of our application, you acknowledge and agree to share your sensitive personal data or personal information and understand the purpose of doing so. We recommend that you read this policy carefully before using this application. If you do not want to provide the mandatory personal information required for registration, please do not register. Registration will not be completed if the required information is not provided in the mandatory fields. In addition, we may ask you to provide additional personal information to grant you access to any real money games on this application.

3. Introduction

3.2 Purpose of Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 3Patti OK Platform and define your rights and obligations as a user. By accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

4. Regional Restrictions

If you are not legally authorized to transact in Pakistani Rupees through Pakistani banking channels or if you are located in a jurisdiction where real money online gaming is prohibited, you will not be able to play real money games on the Platform.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Conditions (If any of them are met)

1) The payment was successful but the funds did not reach the player's account.

2) The payment/withdrawal failed due to fluctuations in the payment bank network.

3) The player accidentally made duplicate payments due to payment errors.

5.2 How to Request a Refund

Contact customer service via WhatsApp or email with a detailed description of the issue.

Our team will respond to you promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, we will initiate a refund.

In most cases, the refund will be returned to your account within five business days.

5.3 Situations where a refund is not possible

You have received the top-up amount and used part of it.

It has been more than three days since the payment was made.

There is clear evidence of cheating or irregularities that have caused damage to other players and resulted in trading restrictions.

6. User Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by sending an email to our designated customer service email address indicating your intention to close your account, stop using our services and terminate your account. Subject to any applicable cash withdrawal restrictions, the Company will immediately refund your remaining cash balance.

7. Cash Balance in Virtual Account

7.1 Participation in Cash Games

To participate in cash games, your account must have a positive gold coin balance, which is composed of two parts: the Chip Account and the Prize and Bonus Account. All funds added to your Chip Account must be processed through an approved third-party payment gateway on the Platform. The Company is not responsible for authorizing or rejecting any transaction as this is subject to the payment gateway's respective policies.

Any amount in your Chip Account is held in escrow by the Company on your behalf until it is needed to participate in cash games. All transactions on the Platform must be conducted in Pakistani Rupees.

Winnings from Cash Games will be deposited into the Winnings section of your Winnings and Bonuses Account, while any winnings won will be deposited into the Bonus section of the same account.

The Company collects and holds the winnings of other Cash Games participants and then transfers these funds to the winner’s Winnings and Bonuses Account until they are used or withdrawn.

7.2 Cash Withdrawals

Subject to any restrictions and conditions set out in these Terms, you may request a Cash Withdrawal at any time and the withdrawal will be made by bank transfer to your Pakistani Rupee bank account. Please note that your Cash Balance does not accrue interest and withdrawals may be restricted depending on your participation in Cash Games.

Withdrawals from the Winnings and Bonuses Account are only permitted after you have fully participated in Cash Games.
